Return and Refund Policy

At Let’s Shine Wellness, we want you to love your hair care experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened, used, or damaged products (unless they arrived damaged or defective).

  • Sale or promotional items.

  • Unauthorized returns.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@letsshinewellness.com with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after review.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at support@letsshinewellness.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
